When can I expect to receive my course?

The delivery of your course will occur either instantly or within a span of 1 to 3 days. The specific timeframe depends on the product you purchase, so it’s advisable to carefully review the brief product description before making your purchase.

How is the course delivered?

Courses are shared through Mega.nz. Upon completion of your order, an email invitation containing the course details will be sent to you.

To ensure prompt delivery, please ensure that your email address is entered correctly on the Checkout Page. If, by any chance, you provide an incorrect email address, please contact us promptly to resend the course to the correct email.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your TheCourseBunny account and navigate to the Order Page. Here, you will find comprehensive details such as order number, date, status, and total price.

If the status is Processing: Your course is currently being uploaded. Kindly be patient and await the completion of your order. If your order consists of multiple courses and one of them hasn’t been updated with the download link, the overall order status remains Processing.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click on “VIEW” to access details and download the course.

Where can I locate my course?

Upon the completion of your order, an email containing the course download link will be automatically sent to your email address.

Alternatively, you can access the download link by logging into your TheCourseBunny account and visiting the Downloads Page.
